Terms of Service

Draft — pending legal review. These terms describe how Reeluna operates today. They have not yet been reviewed by counsel and may change before general availability.
These terms are an agreement between you and Reeluna covering your use of reeluna.ai and app.reeluna.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including activity by team members you invite and by coding agents you authorize. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Reeluna to create or distribute content that:
- infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- depicts a real person's likeness or voice without their permission, or is presented as a real statement or event that did not occur;
- is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content;
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence against people or groups;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to manipulate an election;
- violates the rules of any platform you publish it to.
You also agree not to resell raw model access, circumvent credit metering, probe the Service's security without authorization, or use it to build a competing model-training dataset.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content and generated output
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant us the limited license necessary to store it, process it, generate from it, and deliver the result back to you.
As between you and Reeluna, you own the videos Reeluna generates for you, and you may use them commercially. You are responsible for making sure the inputs you supply and the outputs you publish comply with the law and with the terms of the third-party models involved. Generative models can produce similar output for different users; we cannot and do not guarantee that any output is unique or free of third-party rights.
Credits, plans, and refunds
The Service is metered in credits. The credit cost of a generation is quoted before you approve it, and approving the quote authorizes the charge. If a generation fails because of an infrastructure problem on our side, we retry the failed stage and do not charge you twice. Changing the provider or model requires a fresh quote.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to deliver.
Third-party platforms
If you connect a social account to publish from Reeluna, you also agree to that platform's terms, and you authorize us to act on your behalf only as needed to perform the publishing actions you configure. We are not responsible for a third platform's availability, moderation, or account decisions.
Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain errors; review it before you publish it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
