Privacy Policy

Draft — pending legal review. This policy describes how Reeluna handles data today. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and may change before general availability.
Reeluna ("we", "us") makes AI video creation software. This policy explains what we collect when you use reeluna.ai and app.reeluna.ai, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address and display name, plus a password hash or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
Workspace content. Prompts and scripts you write, media you upload, videos and audio Reeluna generates for you, project and edit history, brand kits, and any scheduling or automation settings you configure.
Usage and billing records. Credit balances and ledger entries, generation job records and their status, and the plan or purchase associated with your workspace.
Technical data. Server logs needed to operate and secure the service — request identifiers, execution identifiers, timestamps, and error codes. We deliberately exclude prompts, transcripts, media contents, credentials, tokens, and signed URLs from our logs.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking. Reeluna does not embed advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics SDKs in the product.
How we use it
- To create, store, and deliver the videos you ask for.
- To operate accounts, workspaces, and team membership.
- To meter credits, process purchases, and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional email about your account and your generation jobs.
- To diagnose failures and improve reliability and quality.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own general-purpose models.
Service providers
Delivering a generated video means passing parts of your request to specialist processors. Each receives only what its task requires:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Google Cloud Platform — video processing, rendering, and media storage.
- Polar — checkout, subscriptions, and payments. Polar acts as merchant of record; Reeluna never receives or stores your card details.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- fal.ai — image and video model inference.
- OpenAI, Anthropic — script, planning, and text generation.
- Fish Audio, ElevenLabs — voice synthesis.
- Vercel — application hosting.
Providers used for a given generation depend on the models you select. Model and provider routing is shown in the app before you approve a generation.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is retained while your account is active so you can revisit and re-edit past projects. You can delete individual projects and assets from the app at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated content, contact us at the address below; we will action the request and confirm when it is complete. Some billing records are retained where we are legally required to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Security
Access to production data is restricted and authenticated. Secrets are held in managed secret storage, never in source control. Signed URLs, credentials, and media contents are excluded from application logs by design.
Children
Reeluna is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will notify you by email or in the app.
